Aleesha could be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the latter portion of 2010. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha after she won NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete and she finished 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steady improvement since, won her very first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had the best WOS rising-phoenix show as she was ranked 4th. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
