Williams is a native of Queens, born in Queens however grew up in Brooklyn together with her father, who was firefighters and later, in Tribeca Manhattan when her parents separated. Her education was at Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams a manicurist for over 16 years has always distinguished herself by her natural style of manicure and a constant emphasis on beautiful nails that are healthy and vibrant.
